Scheduling Concerns 5-7-2025

It has been brought to MedComm's attention of scheduling issues within this portal. As of now, there are instances of the requestor selecting the submit button with the scheduling tracker populating to 100% instantaneously without scheduling the request. This is a issue that has been brought to the attention of the developer of the CAD system utilized by MedComm, Logis Solutions. To ensure transportation requests are being scheduled, the requestor may be required to select the submit button multiple times until the system either confirms a pickup time, suggests an alternative pickup window, or informs the requestor that there is no available resources. As of now, there has been no solution from the developer that will resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the use this portal. Thank you -
